“The historical face of Sydney Harbour has become a major source for my work. Blackwattle Bay; Mort Bay; Garden Island; Cockatoo Island and The Rocks are remnants of our working Harbour.
These sites are part of the changing nature of Sydney. In my work I try to capture these moments. They become vibrant windows to our environment – fragments of Sydney Harbour. They are part of our maritime history – part of our heritage”.
