How to join … and How to renew your membership

If you wish to become a member of the Society, fill in the Membership Application and Renewal Form which is accessible at the end of this section. There are two general categories of membership, Exhibiting, for those who wish to submit their work to our Exhibitions, and Social for those who wish to attend Demonstrations and Social Functions but not exhibit. There is a special  membership category of Life Member for those who have given outstanding service to the Society.

The Annual Subscription for Membership of the Society covers the period July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Towards the end of the Membership year, a renewal form will be sent to all members by either email or ordinary mail for those who do not have an email facility. Members renewing their membership are asked to record any changes in their contact details. Payment of subscription fees may be effected in one of three ways:

1. By printing off the Membership Application and Renewal Form, filling it in and posting it to The Treasurer, PO Box 343, Spit Junction, NSW 2088 together with payment of the Subscription Fee according to the schedule below. Payment may be by cash, cheque, Australia Post Money Order, Fund transfer (BSB 112-879, A/C No. 103 616 781) or PayPal(including Credit Card – see below).

2. By printing off the form, filling it in, scanning it and returning it by email to The Treasurer (maxwelljcoleman@me.com) together with payment by Fund transfer or PayPal(including Credit Card – see below).
3. By completing the form online (see below) and paying by Fund transfer or PayPal. Note: Please note there is a 12.5% discount for exhibiting members if the renewal subscription is received before the end of August 2011.

*For those wishing to join, if you do not know a Member to propose you, do not worry. You will be contacted if necessary.
