Exhibition Forms and Regulations


All forms related  to the 9×5 Exhibition are listed below. Read the Conditions of Submission Document and the Dimensions document which sets out the very specific dimensions required in the submitted works for both board and paper. Entry to the Exhibition can be in either of 2 ways:

1.  By clicking on the 9×5 SUBMISSION / ROSTER FORMS 2012 below, printing out the PDF document and then returning it by mail or scanning and returning it by email (maxwelljcoleman@me.com) together with the flat fee of $10 by Cash, Money Order, Cheque or Fund Transfer.

2. By completing the form Online together with payment as above.

When delivering your works make sure that the labels which are available for downloading are filled in and affixed to the back of each work.

EXHIBITION ROSTER

There will be two shifts (AM 10am to 1.30pm, PM 1.30pm to 5pm) on each day from Saturday 22nd September to Sunday 21st October. (the opening Party is on Saturday 22nd September from 5pm to 8 pm). Two members are needed for each shift please. All exhibiting members are expected to take their turn, PLEASE, subject to availability.
